Montreal Rules Played for First Time – This DiSH for March 3

In 1875, the game we know today as Hockey started to take shape with a set of written rules and the first known use of a puck. 

In 1920, the Montreal Canadiens scored 16 goals in an NHL game. That’s still the record for most scored by one team.

And in 1990, Hakeem Olajuwon came close to a rare quadruple-double, but wait…he did…but wait…he didn’t.
